Give the customers options for changing the color scheme and font size.
That's definitely the least that could be done.

I am new to Fios and i can barely read the menu. very small font. disappointing
AND Today, we get icons for Showtime, HBO, Cinemax, etc. And the List of episodes has disappeared so you must use up your remote batteries by clicking DOWN through the Oldest to Newest shows....I don't know about you but if I'm looking to watch a Showtime Series I'm probably looking for the latest episode.
Let's sort the order of episodes from Newest to Oldest, OK!

Actually, it should be an option. If you are looking to catch up on a series that you missed you might want it from oldest to newest - just saying. As they say, opinions are like belly buttons, everyone's got one (cleaned up version yo get by the Verizon censors ). As always YMMV.
