I second that! Definitely not viewer friendly. We have a 55" LCD TV and difficult to read from 5 feet away. Way too busy! I'm all for improved functionality but the new TV Guide format is a bad design.

go into the settings and set the guide to "classic" view. The live TV window will be a bit larger with that view...

Please note I since don't have FIOS, I can't tell you if this will work or NOT.
