3 way/Conference Messageing

I recently switched from Blackberry Curve to a Fascinate. Is there a way to IM or text  with three contacts, like there is with Blackberry IM?? I used that feature all the time for personal and business use, I really hope these is way to do this on the Fascinate!

I can have a three way chat with Google Talk (or Talk on the phone). It uses the gmail address as the connection method.

 

Not sure if there are other options in the Android Market.
