Device Administrator in Moto Droid.

Hello everyone...

I got the update to froyo 2.2; after update the device requested to activate Device Administrator. Does anybody know how this works or what it does?

It is a security protocol typically assigned with your corporate email. If you don't have a corporate email that requires it, and you don't know what it is, then you should not enable it.
