Text Messaging

I am able to delete my actual text messages, but they are still stored in my history. How do I bypass this so they are deleted no matter what?

Try this! This will clear all calls and messages retained in the contact history.

Tap Contacts button
Scroll to Contact where Text History is showing up
Drag the Contact Details screen to the right to open the History Screen
On the History Screen, click the Menu hard button, and then click Clear History.
