I just received this phone from my company I work for and it seems it only "vibrates" when I get calls. I have tried to set the ringtones but it appears they are "locked"? I hear sample rings but nothing works. Under my ringtones next to each one is an icom in green with a little bell in it, but there is a red lock in the lower right corner of the icon. How do I fix this?
