If I try to post a message or reply to a message to the forum, it asks me to login. When I enter my MyVerizon username and password, it just refreshes the screen and repeats the prompt to login without showing any error messages. The only way I can login is to go to the My Verizon page, login from there and then go to the forums already logged in.
Can anybody tell me how I can login at the forum page directly?
