Hello. Previously able to download apps without problems but lately everytime i try to, the phone reboots/soft rests automatically without even downloading the new app. Anybody with same issue or solution? Thanks.
try going to menu > settings > applications > manage applications > all > market (there may be 2 pick the larger sized one) clear the data & cache. Then see if it still crashes. ( may be different for the incredible)
Try safe mode:
Press and hold down the Power Key.Touch Power Off.Touch OK.Press the Power Key.When the second HTC Logo screen appears, press and hold the volume down key, the menu key and the optical joystick at the same time.Hold the volume down key, the menu key, and the optical joystick until Safe mode appears in the left corner of the home screen.This may take up to 30 seconds.
If it works in safe mode then an app is causing your issue meaning you must uninstall apps to find which or master reset.
If it doesnt work in safe mode then you need to master reset , menu > settings > privacy I think
