Blackberry Storm2 Ringer NOT working

Everything is set correctly (ringtones, etc.) and I even pulled the battery for a reboot.  Still no ringer...any ideas/

I know you said everything is set correctly, but will you check one more thing? Do you have a custom sound profile set? If so, go to Sound Profiles, open your profile, go to phone sounds and check that ringer volume is not set to mute. This is the third item on the list, not the top setting.
