NOT happy with Fascinate - will Verizon take the phone back?

I hardly ever receive my email notifications, Facebook or WordFeud notifications.  I dont receive emails unless I open up my email account and hit REFRESH.  When I do finally receive an email, I am unable to open attachments and cannot view videos.

 

The salesperson at the Verizon store swore this phone was the best out of all the other phones including the Droids and X.  He also failed to mention that there is no option to have a blinking light to notify me of a new message. 

 

Anyone else have these issues?

If you are within your first 30 days of having the phone, then Yep you can return it. If not, then only option is to find a reason for a warranty replacement. However that will only get you a refurbished model of the same phone.

As for the notification light, there are some Apps on the Market that work around that problem. No LED and Missed Call are the names or search words used to find the apps within the Market.
