Syncing phone calendar to outlook

I am unable to sync my phone calendar to my laptop outlook calendar. I go through all the steps and get a report that it was successful, but no entries appear. My office computer calendar syncs automatically with Google calendar and then to my phone, but I need to sync to my laptop. Help..

Export your Google calendar file to .csv, import .csv file into Outlook calendar. I use full Outlook, not Outlook Express, so if you are using Express, make sure you can import .csv files.
