Once I view an email on my Blackberry Tour and close the message with the "escape" key my email setup often hides the message and it is no longer accessible in my inbox. This does not happen every time but often enough that it is a problem. I cannot depend on a once viewed message being available again in my device inbox. I have not been successful in finding a way to keep once viewed emails from being hidden. I would like to be able to view an email as often as I want and then manually delete it when I no longer need it. Any suggestions?
