How do I I get my blackberry email password sent to me?

I got a replacement device from Asurion but can't remember my blackberry emai password or my secret answer. How do I rest the password as ned it to validate this email.

Here are the steps to reset password via blackberry device..Hope this helps!

An email account password change via BlackBerry Internet Service should only be performed if the password was entered incorrectly or has been recently changed.

1. From the HomeScreen, press the Menu button.
   
   
2. Select Setup.
   
   
3. Select Email Settings.
   
   
4. If presented, enter the appropriate User nameand Password(located within the Existing UsersSection) then select Log In.
   
   
5. Ensure the desired email accountIs highlighted then press the Menu button.
   
   
6. Select Edit.
   
   
7. From the Passwordfield, enter the appropriate passwordthen select Save.
