Downloading Amazon mp3 music

I have tried to download songs but it just hangs up.  I have installed Amazon and the screen says downloading but it just hangs up.  Any suggestions?

Try doing a soft reset on the device.   

Press the Power key.
Touch Power off.
Touch OK.
Press the Power key to power on the device.

Then dial *228 send and option 1 on the device. 

Then try closing applications like the music player, and file explorer that are running in the background. 

 

From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located at the bottom of the display).

Touch Settings.

Touch Applications.

Touch Running services.

Touch a service.

Touch Stop.
