Uploads with 5GB cap

I just want to be clear on this issue.  Does UPLOADING count against the 5GB cap/month?  I'm almost sure it does but I haven't seen anywhere in print specifically saying it is.  So, before I start any uploading, I'd like to know.

 

P.S.  I use both the Mifi 2200 and a usb760 modem with a cradlepoint mbr1000 router.

Any internet activity counts.  That includes uploads, downloads, surfing, email, etc.  If you're using both devices, you have a total of 10 GB and are paying for 10 GB.
