Blackberry to Droid X

I had a Blackberry Curve and upgraded to the Droid X. Is there any way to transfer emails and calender appts from the Curve to the Droid X?

you may be able to import your email info into gmail, not sure what format you email is or your provider

Then log into your Gmail Account to check the account to make sure everything is there.
