Where can I see a detailed list of calls and messages sent/received?

Ok, I lost my phone. It's been a week. I thought that if I could see the last call or text I made that might remind me of where I left it. I don't need to see the content or anything, but the date/time and number would perhaps trigger my memory.

If you are the account holder, log into My Verizon and look.

I am the account holder and I am logged into "My Verizon". Look where exactly? I can see "usage" cumulative totals, things like that, but no list.

Under Account>Account Overview>View Usage>View Call Details and View Message Detail

I cannot find anywhere where it says: "View Usage" I need to see an itemized list of the dates and times of my received texts.
