I have a ringtone assigned to a contact but when this contact calls the phone doesn't ring, goes to VM. If I view the contact it shows the ringtone with a bell symbol next to it. What an I missing here?
Make sure the "send calls to voicemail" box isn't checked under additional info for that contact.
