Since you didnt make it clear when you hear the alert I cant let you know exactly which one of these is causing your alert but if you go to Settings/Sound and make sure Call Connect, Network Lost Tone and Roaming Tone is unchecked this should solve your issue..
Just uncheck "Roaming Tone". That should do the magic.
