1comp. on USB modem, & a netbook , 1 plan??

I have been connecting to the internet with usb modem the past 2 years.
and this year I got verizon netbook computer which I haven't activated yet.
My concern is, once I activate the netbook, will I still be able to use the usb modem on my main computer. I just wanted the netbook for on the go.
Will I be able to use both computers on the same plan??

You have to ask Verizon for sure, but I'm pretty sure you will need a separate plan for each modem. A viable alternative would be to get a MiFi, which will allow up to 5 devices to share a single connection via WiFi.

You cannot use two devices on one plan. You can call Verizon and switch back and forth.

Why not use the USB modem as you do now when you are at home, and then plug it into the netbook when you are traveling? Just don't activate the internal modem in the netbook.

Except then there was no point in buying a netbook with built in cellular from Verizon.

I think the best way is to buy a wifi router, so when he is traveling, he can use the internet, at home, he can also use both computers on the same plan.
