IMAP doesn't connect with WOWWAY (Wide Open West)

I'm able to connect to imap.mail.wowway.com using Thunderbird, but am unable to connect using the email app on my new Droid X.  There's no encryption so that shouldn't be an issue.  I was able to connect using POP, but would rather not endure the overhead.

 

Is anyone else having IMAP/WOWWAY problems?  Without having a network trace to see what kind of communication issues there may be between my Droid and WOWWAY, it's difficult to troubleshoot on my own.

***If it is still not connecting, I would recommend checking with Wowway on the IMAP settings to ensure the information entered was correct or supported.
