Send pictures in text message

Okay, I admit I'm a newbie Droid X user, but I can't figure out how to send a picture from my gallery in a text message. Other than that little bump, it's the best phone I have ever had. Thanks in advance for the help.

• Go to your messaging app
• Press menu
• Attach
• Pictures
• Select picture
• Send

1. From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located at the bottom of the display).
   
2. Touch Gallery.
   
3. Touch a gallery (e.g. All photos).
   
4. Touch and hold a photo.
   
5. Touch Share.
   
6. Touch one of the following options.
   • Bluetooth
   • Email
   • Gmail
   • Online album
   • Photo Sharing
   • Picasa
   • Print to Retail
   • Text messaging <---Tap this one
