I am new to the Android world, and am trying to figure out how to transfer my email contacts from my comcast.net account to my phone. Can anyone help me? And remember to explain in real simple terms!

I would export your contacts to a .csv file, them import them into your gmail accout, may need to get a new one if you don't have a gmail. Then on your phone, attach to your gmail acct, sync contacts.
