Contact Verizon first. You may have to do warranty exchange
By physically I meant that I have actually seen it, and am not sure if it happens when it's in my pocket or anything..I kinda worded that weird.
My phone does the same thing. I found that when I have a low battery and low signal it will reboot almost non stop. I have talked to Verizon but since I can't make it happen "in store" they keep telling me there is nothing wrong with the phone. This is my second incredible, the speaker died on my first one but I never had the reboot problem. After I got my replacement is when I started to have problems.
