There isne any way to remove a stock app because the system restricts access to those files but if you do not like to use that app you can install apps to use as the default instead of that app.... Also if you deleted the files, I am not sure how they are still showing up in the system, if you want to hide the files you can use http://www.appbrain.com/app/vaulty-free-hides-pictures/com.theronrogers.vaultyfree and hide the files from all apps..
