Ok so I am new to the whole android phones, I just got the droid 2 and am having several issues.... I used to have the envy touch and it would tell me what time a message was stored from if I had been sent a msg the night before and my phone was off, the droid 2 seemingly does not do this-didn't know if theres a setting so it does? I also have the settings marked to show if the other person receives the message but do not see where this notification comes at all, plus the texting is more like a chat form in the form of bubbles? Is there anyway to change it to the more "old school" type texting that says simply when a message was sent and received.
Also the contacts when they switched over my contacts my friend becky messaged me and it came under the name rebecca, I have never saved her under Rebecca-I changed it back to becky and it stayed but I have a friend val and a friend valerie and it always links the 2 together. Even when I unlink them....I had to end up using Vals last name to get it to stop doing it. What's going on with my phone?
