Voicemail not working.....

Now I'm not sure if it's a Droid X problem, but I didn't really know where to post this. So my voicemail just stopped working. Every time I call it, it just starts to ring and says this number has been disconnected. I'm positive I didn't do anything on the phone to effect this. Any help would be appreciated.

Definately not an issue with the phone. Have you tried calling voicemail from a landline? Also, are you sure which ever method you are using to dial into voicemail on the X is actually calling YOUR voicemail? Check the ph number under auto-dial.

Not sure how to dial it from a landline, also for the auto dial number not sure where to check that. I went under call setting, and my voicemail number just shows *86.

So I found out how to call it from another phone and was able to get through.

Try to Manually dial *86 to access voicemail. If dialing *86 is successful but using the speed dial is not, your voicemail speed dial will need to be fixed.
