I jist want to say that I'm very disappointed on how long its takeing you guy's Verizon to get the phone's shipped I ordered my phone online on the first and now it's the 7th a whole week im really getting impationt i know it take's a wile to ship but it's takeing to long i payed wit a credit card so i cant get the money back but now my money's gone a i have no phone at all you all should of got all this stuff strait by now, Thank's for reading i just wanted to express my the way I feel about the situation

I ordered mine the 27th and paid with cash and still can't get my money back immediately, i'd have to wait 4 weeks to get a check. and i'm using a broken phone while i wait which means i'm paying for a service i can't even use.

I ordered my phone on the first - no, I dont' have it either - but when I ordered it it clearly stated it would ship by the 18th. Yes, ship by, which means it could ship earlier, but doesn't guarantee until the 18th.

Yeah, dude in the store told me ship on the 4th, even though the web site said 18th. Guess what? Call to check on my order and now they tell me the 18th! Got me again.
