Text to Speech

I'm looking for a text-to-speech application similar to Dragon Dictation.  I would prefer to be able to use the text-to-speech feature in any field that accepts text.  I'm looking for something that accommodates extended text, such as with typing out a full letter; not just a voice search or SMS text.  I've seen 'voice on the go' but as it calls a land-line for the transcription, it would eat up my minutes quickly.

 

Is anyone aware of such an app'?

Yes at this present time there are a couple of applications that offer this ability. Here are a few, but not all :Text-To-Speech Extended & Shoutout. Hope this helps.
