Apple or Charter issue with emails?

I appreciate any help you might give regarding this issue:

 

I am using Entourage (Apple Mail).

I have charter.net for internet

 

Some emails sent from outside come into the mail program on my computer but do NOT come into my Fascinate inbox.

Do you think this is a problem with Apple mail or Charter settings?  Can you tell me what settings you use?

Do you have leave a copy of the message on the server enabled in your email settings?
