lost my droid, now someone is reselling it on craigslist

i lost my droid and now someone is reselling it on craigslist, im 90% sure its mine, but is there any way possible to be 100% sure? I already reported my droid lost so I'm sure they cannot activate it but If i do meet with this person, is there anyway to be sure it is my phone? maybe any special codes on the battery or on the phone?

Yes you can, but since you probebly tore off your sticker for the rebate, youll need to call Verizon to get the serial number. Respond to the ad and verify the Serial Number, if it is, leave and call the police. You can call Verizon right now and go through there emergeny technical support portal. Good luck.

If you know the MEID it will be displayed in the Settings tab under: About Phone:Status

MEID/ESN number is the way to go. If you don't know it, hopefully you kept the original box that you bought the droid in. On the box itself usually the ESN/MEID is on the box. Check the box to see if you see it there and then go to the phone. Compare...
