Black Berry Bold no V Cast apps icon

I have a new BB Bold 9650 but there is no V Cast apps icon and i cant find anywhere on the verizon web site where to download the v cast apps application. i've been to the v cast apps store and tryed to download a app but it keeps saying i need to install the V Cast apps program. Where can i find the V Cast apps program?

I just ran into the same problem with my Curve 3G.  I called customer service and they said I didn't have it because my phone was running on my BES server though my employer.  Some apps, if not all of the "extras" were being blocked.  If you are running on a BES server maybe you have the same problem.
