Contact manager for business

Does anyone know of a contact management system that works with the Android devices that would NOT bring up the contacts listed by their first names ?   Or that would allow me to select what fields are searched ?

 

Examples:   Currently I have over 2100 contacts in my system.  Of that 2100 people there are probably 60 Mikes !   I need to be able to quickly find a Mike or Mikes that work for a specific company ??? 

 

Any suggestions ???

Currently, the last name displayed first is not an available option in the contacts field. I would recommend the search option since you have many contacts with similar names. To search for the contact I have listed the steps below:

 

-Click the application arrow
-Select the Contacts icon
-Click your menu key
-Click search (and enter the information for the contact you are searching for)

 

***You may have to view the marketplace for an application that would suite this need.
