After some 25 plus years of loyalty to Motorola... Even after suffering through the Q I remained a Motorola customer... Then along comes the Droid X... Like an idiot I down loaded the so called 2.2 "update"... Should have learned from my Q experiences that Motorola is incapable of getting a software update correct... Soooo after the update, my new X starts locking up... No problem, Verizon has me run a full wipe out... Nope, soooo they send me a so called just as good as new "certified" refurb in exchange for my new X... Kinda like buying a new car and the dealer delivers a "certified" used car... Well lo-and-behold... After two days the just as good as new refurb will not run Bluetooth... Will not pair with my car system.. And guess what.. I just got to run another wipe out...nope.. No fix... Verizon is offering me another just as good as new "certified" refurb... I don't think so...
With the purchase of a NEW device I agreed to a 2 year CONTRACT.. The fAilure to deliver the new working phone that really does work would appear to be a breach of contract... And the end of a relationship.
Thanks for nothing... So remove me from any further solicitations...
