How do I perform a data reset to delete all data from a 9650 Bold?

To delete all data from your Blackberry, you will want to perform a security wipe. Go to Options>Security Options>Security Wipe. Make sure you have a check mark in all of the boxes. If you want to wipe your SD card, you can check the last box next to media card. Enter the word "blackberry" in the box and that will wipe your device. Hope this helps,
