Bootloader message

The screen on my phone froze and I turned it off and back on.  A message came up that said "Bootloader D2.34  Battery OK OK to Program Connect USB Data Cable."  I have taken out battery multiple times and reinserted.  Turned phone off and on.  All to no avail.  What is problem here???

Looks like your Operating System crashed and is no longer loading. If the software is available (possibly from Motorola's website) you can download it to your PC and when the bootloader message comes up, plug in your USB cable and reflash the ROM. Otherwise, take it back to VZW store for a re-flash or exchange.
