The salesman told me it would be a snap to sync with my Outlook Contacts on my computer. As best I can tell (neophyte that I am), the device does nothing of the sort. Am I wrong about this?
You are correct. Android does not inherently sync contacts with Outlook. I find this very frustrating. I was forced to purchase CompanionLink which works well but this is a feature that should be included in any bonifide "smartphone".
