Can't figure out how to remove the battery! Help
I had the same trouble............went to Verizon and they showed me....all you do is push down on the middle of the cover and slide it.........I had been trying to just pop it off..........
If you've removed the Plate that covers the battery, there should be a little yellow "pull tab" ... you gently pull on that and the battery should lift.
