Could someone that is much smarter than me tell me what is definitely needed to be on in this area because when my phone did a reboot this morning and I called tech support he told me I had a lot of stuff running in here and of course some things I knew for a fact that I didn't need but some stuff I don't know whether I need it or not.  CAN SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!!!
