How do I know which Imap setting for incoming ond outgoing servers settings to use?
Messages aren't being sent from my aol but are being sent from my corporate account
For Imap Incoming you will be using
General settings
Incoming server
Outgoing server
I've tried everything that been suggested, deleting the email account and resetting it, removing the battery, etc. But my emails continue to sit in the outbox and not get sent. Verizon is my email provider. Also, have the problem of not getting email until i go into the email app and hit refresh. Suggestions please.

I know how difficult it can be when email isn't sending out. If we have verified that all other data services are working, like incoming email, browser, MMS, etc, then the services are working properly. The issue lies in a communication concern between the phone and the email service. I recommend contacting Verizon Communications directly here to get the server settings. If we've already touched base with them, I can also suggest a factory reset on the device.
Factory reset: Menu>Settings>Privacy>Factory Data Reset, then follow the steps on the screens. Please ensure you have your personal information backed up on gmail or the SD card before doing a reset.
