Email closes as soon as I try opening it.

I have had my phone for a couple months now and the email worked fine. About a week ago, I tried opening up my email, and it closes just as fast as I try opening it. It does give me an error message of any kind, it just closes. I have tried a hard reset, deleting the cache and the data, and deleting the account and readding it, but nothing has worked. I don't know how many times I've tried turning the phone on and off. Anyone have any ideas?

Go into your APPS and click on "MY ACCOUNTS" and select the one you are trying to use ... and just verify you have the correct information entered .... My experience is that if it's telling you "wrong id or password", something is in fact saved that is incorrect.

Which email APP are you using? Did you try Uninstalling just the APP & downloading/reinstalling it ?? Also, have you tried running it in SAFE MODE to see if it behaves the same way? Just a thought.

I am using the app already installed on the phone. How do I put the phone into safe mode?

Alright, I did something? I can get the email app to load now, but it is saying error. It says my username or password is incorrect. Which I know both aren't unless I'm overlooking something.
