I've been having problems with my weather clock widget on the home page. Sometimes it seems stuck in the "search" or "refresh" mode and won't update. Very annoying. Anyone else having this problem?
First make sure you have the latest update on your device.
From the main screen, touch menu tabTouch SettingsTouch About PhoneTouch System Updates.
Then try doing a soft reset on the phone.
Soft ResetPress the Power key. Touch Power off. Touch OK. Press the Power key to power on the device.
Then dial *228 send and option 2 on the device. Once programmed, try updating the Widget.
If you continue to have problems try removing and re-adding the widget.
From the home screen, select and hold the item (e.g. widgets, shortcuts, folders,
etc.).
Drag the item to the trash can (located at the bottom).
Then re-add the widget and update it.
