My HTC Incredible is locked up. I was on the internet downloading some information when the screen froze. The phone won't do anything. What can I do to fix this? How can I shut it down?
Did you try removing the battery and then powering back up?
I am on the road traveling and don't have my manual. Does the whole back pop off to get to the battery?
Should be a small opening at the bottom of the phone. just use your finger nail and pull up gently. Should pop off.
