Transferring all settings and applications from a Droid to a Droid X

Is there any simple and fool-proof way to transfer all system settings and applications (including their settings) from a Droid to a Droid X? I am considering upgrading my phone, but this issue is a major concern, as I do not want to start from scratch. Thanks.

Backing up application that was downloaded to your device customers use Titanium Backup from the market to save apps to restore once they receive a new device.
