Information people. Please more information. Okay I see you have the Droid 1 and not the Droid 2. To start search the Droid by Motorola forum, I'm sure that this has been asked before for this phone as well as other phones with a small internal phone memory like the Droid 1. Find out how much memory you have. Settings > sd card & storage. The internal storage should be at the bottom half of the screen. Clear out the cache in the applications. Settings > applications > manage applications. Filter the view to show all and sort by size. Start going through the applications one by one and press the white "clear cache" whenever it is available. Uninstall any applications you haven't used for awhile. There may be a few other things you can do to help clean up the memory. When all else fails a factory reset will definitely clear out the memory. Just be aware everything will be gone from the phone and you are starting fresh. The sd card should be safe through and untouched.
