When I receive a text with a picture, I don't get the pictures. The message on the phone says msg modified, media objects were removed. Is there some setting I need to check or uncheck? Thanks for your help in advance.
Make sure the file size is not over the limit for your device.
The file size limitation is based on the megapixels of the camera on the device:
