Text Messages to Speech?

The PDF manual says on page 134:

"Text-to-speech
Text-to-speech provides audible readout of text, for example, the
contents of text messages, and the Caller ID for incoming calls.""

How do I get text messages spoken with the Fascinate?

I looked under the menu, more, etc., but all it had was the usual delete, attach and so on.

Voice Data is installed as I can listen to the sample of text speaking, plus the "download voice data"

is greyed out so I assume it must be installed.

Open the text message that you want to have read by tapping on it. Then press and hold the volume up button until it starts to read it. Should work for email also.
