Speed Dial

I have selected several phones numbers and entered them on the speed dial screen.  When I use a number to call, for instance number one to call my landline at home, the call cannot be completed.  Must I use a third party speed dial app?  If I do, which one do you recommend?

Theres no reason for you to use a 3rd party app for speed dial unless you want to... Have you tried to dial from contact number list and made sure you didnt mak a data input error, are you holding the speed dial number until phone connects and starts dialing... My device dials without issues.
