Where do I get the rebate form for Beats Earbuds that were supposed to be free after rebate?

I was told that I would receive email instructions as well as notification in my account.
chatting with Verizon online says they see no such info on my account!
I would not have purchased without promotion!!

Purchased on 12/22 and I just saw on Verizon site that rebates expire after 30 days. why does Verizon make this such a painful process?

On December 22, I purchased Beats, iPhone 14 pro, iPad and Apple Watch.
The verizon promotion was “beats on us “ in conjunction with purchasing these devices. I was told I would receive an email about 10 days after purchase (as well ans a message in MyVerizon app) informing me how to receive a Visa card from Verizon reimbursing the entire purchase price for the Beats.
NUMEROUS calls, hold times, runarounds and texts are colossal wastes of my time and always fruitless. Will social media be the only way to get attention to this aggravating situation?

11/27/2022. And never received anything to MY email that is on file for the phone purchase I am the account manager purchase was under my name. Still nobody has been of any help.
Message customer support on this thread. They should invite you to a chat and you have to give authorization for them to look at your account. And for me, they were able to put the rebate on my account right away. I spent so many hours on the phone with no success but this way to go about it was very quick. I had a guy name Kevin help.
I also did not receive this rebate offer I purchased three iPhones and two watches for Christmas. I did receive the email for my Samsung phone and my google watch. This is so unfair and absolutely unacceptable. I contacted customer service and they were no help for this issue at all. I also went in to the store and they didn’t help either.
I never got the email and has been since 12/27/22 this is very frustrating as a new customer to Verizon seems like a bait and switch
