I ordered an iPhone screen protector and received a Samsung phone case.
How do I get this corrected? I can find nothing on the website or within the order to addresses this. Phone help isn’t available after 7pm, and there was no email listed. It also wouldn’t let me copy my order number so I could send it to someone.
I tried chat, no option there either. The only option available was to order. I tried chatting the the sales person but only got sarcasm after typing my issue multiple times.
Verizon is the absolute worst.
